Key business process design or redesign
You know that processes are key to the success of your company as they directly impact customer satisfaction and business profitability. Effective processes can reduce cycle times and costs whilst improving quality. However in order to best serve your customer the behaviour of employees must be aligned to the desired process outcome.

What we do: For each of your key processes we will hold a workshop in which representatives of every function involved in that process will be represented.
We develop a process map of the current workflow. Following this we will identify any major issues in the process as well as areas for improvement. We will then create the vision of the future process and develop action plans to execute this vision.

Cross-functional management
Silo mentality across business units, departments and functions can generate operational problems and inefficiencies. While these are easily recognised it can be difficult to know exactly how to tackle them.

What we do: We unlock potential value by creating cross-functional teams. By working together with these teams we develop common goals and action plans.
This process enables each participant to broaden their perspective and build relationships, creating the foundations for long term success. In particularly challenging areas we can develop Performance Contracts.

Problem solving system
There may be reoccurring problems that are preventing your business from reaching its full potential. Most companies’ response to such problems is to increase individual accountability for problems. In fact this can aggravate the situation as it creates a culture of fear and blame in which employees may conceal from, or downplay issues to, others.

What we do: We will help you develop a problem solving culture in which a problem is an opportunity to learn and progress. We put into place a problem solving system that will allow a team to analyse the root causes of the problem and develop corrective and preventative action plans. This system will not only reduce the frequency and impact of problems in your business, but also allow you to identify new ways of generating value for your business.
